Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing our Academy. We strive to provide a valuable and enriching experience for all our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please carefully read our refund policy outlined below.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, you must fulfill the following requirements within a time frame of 30 days from the date of enrollment:
Attend a minimum of 4 coaching calls.
Actively engage within the community, both verbally and in written form.
Participate in roleplaying activities within the community.
Complete a minimum of 8 roleplay sessions within the community.
Make an effort to reach out to 50 coaches/consultants for potential job opportunities.
Refund Request Process:
If you believe you meet the above eligibility criteria and would like to request a refund, please follow the steps below:
a. Contact our customer support team at support@elitesetters.com to initiate the refund process. Provide your full name, contact information, and proof of fulfilling the refund eligibility criteria.
b. Our team will review your request and the provided evidence to verify your eligibility for a refund.
c. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 30 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items and services are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:
Any coaching calls, sessions, or services attended beyond the minimum required.
Course materials, digital resources, or access to online content provided during the Academy.
Any additional bonuses, resources, or supplementary materials provided as part of the enrollment.
Discretionary Refunds:
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests that fall outside the outlined eligibility criteria. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances and the overall program experience.
